Excellent product for the money. Air conditioner is far more efficient with a dehumidifer. We use it in our garage, makes a huge difference in the comfort of the room.

We have model AHR50LM which is the model that preceded the ADER50LN. They appear to be nearly identical in form and function. Our GE is just closing out its third summer of continuous service without having missed a beat.
No maintenance done on it; even the filter has not needed cleaning.
The one annoying part of this is having to empty the water collector twice a day. And on really humid days, it will fill by late afternoon and remain off until I come down to empty it which may be a few hours later. I'm going to try the little water pump next summer.
Oh, and it is probably pretty noisy. In our case that's a good thing since I just have to open the basement door and listen to hear whether it is still running or needs to be emptied.

We have used this unit for about a month. It has worked good and we have not had any problems. We are using it in a single car garage that we use for storage. I usually run it 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening and our dampness problem was solved.
