Perfection Strips Description
Roll out dough to a perfect thickness with the aid of these strips. Color-coded 6 piece package has 2 of each of the following thickness: 1/16" (2 mm), 1/8" (4 mm), 1/4" (6 mm). Place the same size strips on each side of the dough, roll the dough flat, over both strips at the same time. The dough will roll out to an even thickness. I'm learning to make decorated sugar cookies on a stick, so the width of the dough is important in order to support the cookie's weight on the stick. Using these strips makes it a no-brainer. I put the dough between 2 pieces of parchment paper and roll over the top, letting the rolling pin rest on one strip on each side of the dough. Comes out perfect every time!

I love to make cookies, but rolling dough out to a precise thickness for cut-out cookies can be a frustrating experience. These little strips solve that probelm perfectly. I was going to try the rings you put on rolling pins to achieve the same result, but I use a vintage rolling pin and didn't want to buy another pin just to use the rings. Hurray for this product!!!

I received the order a week ago. It was well packaged with plenty of padding. I haven't used the strips yet but know just by looking at them that my pie dough will be a lot more uniform and will probably cover the pie tins and tops a lot better than I can do now.
